BETHEL – Selectmen and the Bethel Water District Board of Trustees will meet at 7 tonight in the town office.
Discussion topics include a joint billing opportunity, the 2005 construction season, a water supply update and other matters.
Selectmen are expected to also endorse a resolution to place a Chase Road article on the June town meeting warrant, and to authorize execution of a Maine Department of Transportation agreement concerning flashing traffic signal beacons.
Additionally, the board is to act on appointments to the Airport Authority and Budget Committee, authorize town membership in the Maine Service Centers Coalition, and identify a date for a Capital Improvements Committee meeting.
Two executive sessions are scheduled: one to discuss the annual town manager’s job performance and employment agreement; the other, to enter into negotiations to review an offer to purchase town-owned property.
