BRIDGTON – An American Red Cross blood drive will be held from 2 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28, at the Masonic Lodge, Route 117. Donors must be at least 17 years old and in general good health.

Special meeting

OTISFIELD – The town of Otisfield will hold a selectmen’s meeting, where officials will sign the last warrant of the year. It will be held 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 30, at the Town Office.

Open mike

NORWAY – An open mike night will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 31, in the First Universalist Church on Main Street. Sign-up for anyone who would like to perform will be 6:30 p.m. Admission is $3.

Performers of all ages and abilities are encouraged to bring and share songs, stories, comedy, dance and poetry in a relaxed atmosphere, organizers said. Quintet to play

BETHEL – The Borealis Wind Quintet will perform at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 6, at Bingham Hall on Church Street. Tickets will be on sale at the door for $6 for adults and $4 for students.
