• Feb. 23, 6 p.m.: A Telstar High School caller reported that someone had broken five windows on the building’s east side with steel balls that were possibly fired by a slingshot.

• Feb. 22, 3:45 p.m.: A caller at the Mallard Mart convenience store on Route 2 and Parkway reported seeing a Rottweiler/chow mix dog “running the streets.”

• Feb. 16, 4:15 p.m.: A report of black smoke pouring out of a chimney at Telstar High School was caused by a broken pipe in the boiler room that was spraying water all over the room. The water was turned off and the boiler shut down.

Summons

• Ray Crockett, no town or age given, on charges of having an unlicensed dog (pit bull), and lacking proof of current rabies vaccination, at 11:55 a.m. Feb. 20 on Cross Street.
