WATERFORD – A Christmas showcase of inns and bed and breakfasts will be held from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 14, sponsored by the Western Maine Lodging association.

Eight inns will be decorated for the holiday season and refreshments will be offered.

Admission to the festive open house will be $10/person with proceeds benefiting the Bruce Roberts Toy Fund of Portland. The nonprofit organization distributes toys to needy children in some Maine counties.

Visitors may start the tour at any one of the eight participating inns. They are:

• Bear Mountain Inn, Routes 35/37, Waterford.

• Lake House Inn, Routes 35/37, Waterford.

• Waterford Inne, 258 Chadbourne Road off Route 37, Waterford.

• Greenwood Manor Inn, Tolman Road off Route 117, Harrison.

• The Noble House B&B, 37 Highland Road, Bridgton.

• The Oxford House Inn, 548 Main St., Fryeburg.

• Lamb’s Mill Inn, Lamb’s Mill Road off Route 302, Naples.

• The Inn at Long Lake, Lake House Road, Naples.

Tour guests will receive a coupon good for a discount toward future lodging at the inns.
