Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on March 3 in Rumford District Court:

• Edward Gagner, 54, Rumford, warrant charging failure to appear for arraignment on a charge of burning without a permit, 11:35 a.m. Jan. 15. He was released on $100 cash bail. An arraignment date had yet to be set.

• Angela White, 31, Rumford, failure to register as a convicted sex offender (second offense), 11:15 a.m. Jan. 15 on Waldo Street. She was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

• David Hodgkins, 29, Rumford, warrant charging failure to appear on charge of criminal speed, turned himself in at 2:15 p.m. Jan. 14 at the police station on River Street. He was released on $350 cash bail. An arraignment date had yet to be set.

• Nancy Martineau, 45, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 3:15 p.m. Jan. 13 on Prospect Avenue. She was released on $400 unsecured bail.

• Steven Webster, 20, Dixfield, operating after suspension, 3:15 a.m. Jan. 9 on Railroad Street. He was released on $600 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on April 7 in Rumford District Court.
