DIXFIELD – The following incident was handled recently by Dixfield police:

A security check at Dirigo High School at 1:18 a.m., Jan. 13, revealed that someone had driven a vehicle onto the front entrance of the school’s gymnasium and spun the tires, causing dirt, rocks and snow to hit the entrance doors. The amount of damage caused was not known.
