Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on April 8 in Rumford District Court:

• Debra A. Cowin, 49, Newry, operating under the influence, 12:40 a.m. Jan. 17 on Hancock Street. She was released on $300 unsecured bail.

• Melissa Holman, 39, Rumford, furnishing a place for minors to consume liquor and furnishing liquor to a minor, 1:40 a.m. Jan. 11 on Waldo Street. She was released on $300 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on March 4 in Rumford District Court.

• Jeffrey B. Bradley, 47, Gate City, Va., operating after suspension, 9:30 p.m. Jan. 10 on Maine Avenue. He was released on $200 cash bail.
