RUMFORD – The following are to be arraigned in Rumford District Court:

• Scott Knowlton, 40, Rumford, operating after suspension and possession of a suspended license, 12:52 p.m. Nov. 30 in the Hannaford parking lot off Waldo Street. He was released on $200 unsecured bail and will be arraigned Feb. 5.

• Paul Moore III, 19, Mexico, trafficking in marijuana, 2:37 p.m. Nov. 28 on Main Street in Mexico. He was released on $200 cash bail and will be arraigned Jan. 8.
