RUMFORD – Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Nov. 6 in Rumford District Court:

• Michael L. Foreman II, 35, Rumford, operating after suspension and criminal speed, 5 a.m. Sept. 12 on Route 108. He was released on $400 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Dec. 6 in Rumford District Court.

• Henry A. Sirois, 50, Lewiston, operating under the influence, possession of a usable amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, 9:05 p.m. Sept. 8 on Route 2. He was released on $400 unsecured bail.

• Jeremy Gallant, 32, Rumford, domestic assault, 12:20 p.m. Sept. 8 on Waldo Street. He was released on $300 unsecured bail.
