RUMFORD – Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned June 5 in Rumford District Court:

• Rick S. Powell, 30, Rumford, operating under the influence (second offense), midnight on May 2 on Bridge Street. He was released on $600 unsecured bail and will be arraigned July 3 in Rumford District Court.

• Walter Fish Jr., 22, Rumford, domestic assault, 4:19 a.m. April 30 on Cumberland Street. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

• Nathan Morin, 28, Rumford, operating under the influence (second offense), 7:20 p.m. April 29 on Waldo Street. He was released on $600 unsecured bail.

• Ann Welch, 51, Rumford, domestic assault, 9 p.m. April 28 on Knox Street. She was released on $300 unsecured bail.

Incidents

• May 1, 10:19 a.m. – A Hancock Street resident reported that someone broke into her apartment through an unlocked side window and stole approximately $5,000 worth of rings. The burglary and theft are believed to have happened between 6:30 and 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.
