• Sharon R. Kennedy, 40, of Tom York Road, Canton, violation of a protection from abuse order, at 10:15 p.m., Oct. 6, on Tom York Road. The incident took place on Canton Point Road. She was taken to Oxford County jail and released on $500 unsecured bail. She is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Dec. 6.

• Rodney A. Daigle, 28, of Cedar Street, Manchester, N.H., operating without a license and refusing to submit to arrest, at 8 p.m. Sept. 11 on Common Road. He was taken to Oxford County jail. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Nov. 8.

• Jeff. G. Staples, 32, Windham, probation violation, Oct. 20, by probation officer, no bail.

• Patricia A. Boue, 57, Portland, operating under the influence, Oct. 19, by Fryeburg police, $500 unsecured bail.

Accidents
Dixfield

• A 17-year-old Dixfield boy was summoned for operating without a license in connection with an accident that occurred at 2:50 p.m. on Sept. 23 on Route 2. Owner of and passenger in the vehicle Courtney S. Derouche, no age available, of Ridge Road, Peru, was injured in the accident. She was charged with permitting unlawful use of a motor vehicle. Both are scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Dec. 6.
