• Anthony Grasruck, 18, of Crescent Avenue, Rumford, on a charge of disorderly conduct, at 1:30 a.m. Aug. 28 on Main Street. He was taken to Oxford County Jail and released on unsecured bail. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Oct. 4.
• Scott Nezaroff, 18, of Osgood Avenue, Mexico, on a charge of disorderly conduct, at 1:30 a.m. Aug. 28 on Main Street. He was taken to Oxford County Jail and released on unsecured bail. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Oct. 4.
• Corey Buffett, 18, of Kimball Avenue, Mexico, on charges of burglary, theft and aggravated mischief at the University of Maine System’s Rumford/Mexico Center on Aug 28. He was taken to the Mexico Police Station, where he was released on unsecured bail. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Oct. 4.
Accidents
• Amy Cole, age unavailable, of Roxbury, ran into a deer at 8:30 p.m. Aug. 26 as she was driving north on Route 17. Her 1995 Isuzu sustained $800 damage.
• A Dixfield Police Department 2003 Ford cruiser sustained about $300 damage when officer Eric Bernier, 33, of Livermore Falls, pulled into traffic at 5:05 p.m. Aug., 20 on Weld Street, Dixfield. His cruiser hit a 2002 Oldsmobile sedan driven by Helen C. Elward, 79, of Ellis Street, Dixfield. Her vehicle sustained about $100 damage. Neither driver was injured.
• Vehicles driven by James D. Riordan, 81, of Rumford and Barbara J. Richard, 73, of Lincoln Avenue, Rumford, collided at 5:31 p.m. Aug. 20 on Main Street. Riordan’s 2000 Buick sedan sustained about $4,500 damage. Richard’s 2003 Pontiac sedan sustained about $2,000 damage. Neither driver, nor a passenger with Riordan, was injured.
