The following are to be arraigned on May 3 in Rumford District Court:

• Jessie Cross, 23, of Mexico, on charges of operating under the influence and operating after suspension, at 4 a.m. March 29. He was released on $700 unsecured bail.

• Peter Grasruck, 38, of Rumford, on a charge of operating after suspension, at 10:53 p.m. March 28. He was released on $500 unsecured bail.

• March 28, 10:35 p.m. – A 1996 Subaru four-door, operated by Joel Thompson, 22, of Rumford, hit a tree after sliding off Isthmus Road near the cemetery due to road conditions. Both Thompson and passenger Corey Mills, 22, of Rumford, were taken by Med-Care Ambulance to Rumford Hospital, treated and released. Damage to the Subaru was estimated at $4,800.

• March 24: A sexual assault was reported. Investigating detective Lt. Stacy Carter said the assault occurred in February in Rumford; the victim was a girl under the age of 18.
