RUMFORD – The WinterFest being held from 3 to 6 p.m. Friday, Jan. 21, hosted by the River Valley Healthy Communities and the Rumford Parks Department has been relocated to the hockey rink behind Hannaford in Rumford.

There will be loaner skates, hot chocolate, prizes, music and a special guest appearance by Giggles the Panda.
