• Arnold McDermott, 38, of Mexico, on a charge of assault, at 12:40 a.m. Oct. 2. He was released on bail and is to be arraigned on Dec. 28.

• Gilbert Barnett, 36, of Dixfield, on charges of operating under the influence and eluding a police officer, at 12:50 a.m. Oct. 1 on Roxbury Road in Mexico. He was released on bail.

• Patrick Gallant, 56, of Mexico, on a charge of failure to stop for a stopped school bus with its red lights flashing, on Oct. 31.

• Michael Dawson, 22, of Auburn, on a charge of possession of a useable amount of marijuana, on Oct. 26.

• Glen Knox, 19, of Canton, on charges of operating after suspension, possession of a useable amount of marijuana and following too close, on Oct. 23.

• Heather Boulanger, 24, of Rumford, on charges of failure to report an accident and failure to make notification to owner of property damage, on Oct. 23.

• Kristien Suldan, 19, of Mexico, on a charge of theft from Wal-Mart, on Oct. 19. She is to be arraigned on Jan. 11.
