BETHEL – Crescent Park Elementary School hosts the 19th Annual Craft Fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, at the school. The fair features crafters and artists from around the area. This year, more than 30 crafters and artists will offer jewelry created from local minerals, Polar Fleece, blankets and clothing, homemade jams and jellies, candles, quilts, scrapbooks, baby clothes, holiday gift items, and handcrafted wood and glassware products.

Church hosting holiday open house

SOUTH PARIS – The Oxford County Extension Homemakers Holiday Open House will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, at the First Congregational Church on East Main Street. Exhibits, crafts and food will be on sale. Luncheon will be available.

Benefit dance set for girl

LIVERMORE – A chemical-free benefit dance for Ann Hodgson will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, at Murray Hall. There will be a 50/50 raffle and a door prize. Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks will be available. All proceeds go to Ann and her family.

The 12-year-old girl has undergone five surgeries on her colon this year and is awaiting a trip to Boston for further treatment. She is the daughter of Bonnie and Billy Hodgson and granddaughter of John and Theresa Hodgson of Rumford.

Donations at the door are $3 per person and $5 per couple. Donations may also be sent to: Andrew Bernard, 111 Maple Lane, Livermore, ME 04353. Checks payable to Andrew Bernard, with “Annie” written in the memo line.

Snowmobile club meeting Monday

ROXBURY – The Slippery Sliders Snowmobile club will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 8, at the fire station. The public is welcome.

High school class gathering

RUMFORD – Women of Stephens High School Class of 1956 will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 9, at the Penalty Box on Exchange Street. More information may be obtained by calling Muriel Shurtleff at 562-7550.
