WINTERFEST OUTING: Despite being bundled up in jackets, windpants, facemasks, gloves and scarves Saturday afternoon at the Community Winterfest in Rumford, Ayla Allen, left, of Mexico, Ryan Bourret of Rumford, Cassie Smith of Rumford, Jena Plourde of Roxbury Pond, Samantha Cummings of Mexico, and Christopher Bourret of Rumford, managed to have fun. “This is my fifth time skating, but it’s cold out here,” Ryan Bourret said.
