Stephanie Palmer, 31, of Arsenault Drive, Dixfield, on a warrant originating from an operating after suspension charge, at 9:15 p.m. Aug. 23, on Weld Street. She was bailed from the Dixfield Police Department.

Vandalism

Dixfield Water District property on Canton Point Road was vandalized between Aug. 26 and 27, and reported at 6:45 a.m. Aug. 27. The land around the water district building was damaged by one or more vehicles.

Accident

A westbound tractor-trailer truck driven by Gerald F. Walker, 57, of Carthage, and owned by E.J. Carrier Inc. of Jackman, struck a bear about 6 a.m. Aug. 22 near Morrison Hill along Route 2. The bear was killed. Damage to the truck was estimated at less than $1,000.
