NEW SHARON – A man arrested for domestic assault Friday was re-arrested Monday for violating conditions of his release by allegedly going back to the victim’s residence.

State Police Trooper Randall Keaten arrested Ernest Bubar, 48, of Starks on Nov. 19 and charged him with domestic assault.

Bubar was released from jail on Saturday, Nov. 20, on $4,000 unsecured bail.

The victim reported that Bubar was at the residence on Starks Road on Monday, said Sheriff’s Department Cpl. Nate Bean.

Bean charged Bubar with violating conditions of release and operating under the influence.
