RANGELEY – U.S. Rep. Mike Michaud, D-Maine, on Thursday, Oct. 21, will visit the site of the former Whip Willow Farm on Route 4, which is being transformed into a new Scenic Byway overlook.
The overlook is the result of a partnership among the Maine Department of Transportation, the Rangeley Lakes Heritage Trust and the Rangeley Lakes Scenic Byway Council.
The 2 p.m. event is open to the public.
