JAY – Police will discuss high speed pursuits and what actually goes on during a pursuit at a meeting on Tuesday.

The Jay Police Department Neighborhood Watch will hold its monthly Neighborhood Watch meeting at 6 p.m. on June 15 at the Community Building off Community Drive.

Police are encouraging all Jay residents to attend.

A video will be shown of an actual pursuit to better advise the community on what actually occurs.

The Jay Police Department has been holding the meetings on the third Tuesday of each month. The department and residents who attend share their concerns. For more information, phone Police Chief Larry White Sr. at 897-6766.
