LIVERMORE FALLS – The Tri-Town World War II Remembrance Committee is putting on a light lunch and program on May 29 to honor those veterans.

After the lunch, the community will be invited to participate in the World War II Remembrance Program.

The lunch is scheduled to start at 11 a.m. for veterans and guests at the Livermore Falls High School. A simulcast of the dedication taking place in Washington will start at noon upstairs in the gym.

After viewing the national dedication, there will be time for remarks.
