LIVERMORE FALLS – Three events are planned by the Livermore Falls-Jay Senior Citizens in coming weeks.

Emery Thompson will entertain the group on Monday, Oct. 20, and refreshments will be served by Joyce Richard, Jeannine Williams, Alice DeMoras, Shirley Toncer and Lucille Frechette.

On Oct. 27 the group will enjoy a meal provided by SeniorsPlus. The menu will include chicken pizza, salad greens, corn and cookie.

Bing and Nancy Crosby will entertain on Nov. 17 and the Thanksgiving luncheon of finger rolls and salads will be held that day.

There were 36 present at Monday’s meeting, which was led by Chairman Shirley Couture. Mary Groleau led the group in singing “Holy, Holy, Holy.”

Secretary Alice DeMoras and Treasurer Marilyn DeSoto gave their reports. The drawing was won by Jeannine Williams.
