FARMINGTON – A 31-year-old Farmington man was indicted Monday on charges of criminal threatening.

Curtis Slayton was arrested July 14 after his 17-year-old girlfriend alleged that he had held a knife to her throat and threatened to kill her the previous night at their residence on Perham Street.

Slayton has been in custody at the Franklin County jail, held on $1,000 cash bail, since his arrest in July. Arraignment is set for Thursday in Franklin County Superior Court.
