FARMINGTON – The cause of a fire that destroyed a Route 27 mobile home Wednesday evening will remain undetermined, Fire Rescue Chief Terry Bell said.

The fire started in the master bedroom, located at the right end of the trailer, he said.

Steve and Prudy Nile and two children were not home when the fire broke out.

The family had no insurance.
