BOSTON (AP) – Authorities are investigating the death of a man in his late 50s whose body was found floating in Boston harbor.

A Boston police spokesman says initial investigations revealed no signs of trauma on the body of the unidentified man.

The medical examiner was expected to conduct an autopsy this week to determine the cause of death, including whether the man jumped into the water.

Police say a call came in Sunday, at about 9:30 a.m., alerting authorities that a body was in the harbor.

Investigations continue.
