PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (AP) – Police say a Rochester man tried several times to pour poison into a co-worker’s coffee but couldn’t get the cap off the liquid he was using.
Philippe D’Ambroise, 23, is charged with criminal threatening. Police say he works at the Sears automotive department in Portsmouth, where he tried to pour a product used to make tires appear shiny into a co-worker’s coffee mug but couldn’t get the cover off the spray bottle.
He was released on bail and ordered to stay out of Sears. He will be arraigned Monday in Portsmouth District Court.
