PELHAM, N.H. (AP) – The driver in a crash that killed a 19-year-old Wilton woman last year has been charged with negligent homicide.

Vanessa Ramos is accused of speeding and being under the influence of drugs and alcohol when her car crashed into a telephone pole in Pelham last April. Her passenger, Monica Morgan-Fredette, died after being thrown from the car.
