ALLENSTOWN, N.H. (AP) – New Hampshire Fish and Game officials say they have ended the coordinated search for a 70-year-old hunter missing in the woods since Sunday.
They say it is unlikely that Russell Bussiere has survived the bitter cold and they have reached the limits of their resources.
Fish and Game Colonel Jeffrey Gray says conservation officers and dog teams may continue a limited search in Bear Brook State Park in Allenstown over the weekend.
Gray also promises a thorough follow up if any signs of Bussierre are found.
