WINDHAM, N.H. (AP) – A Florida man who has helped open 40 adult entertainment clubs around the country wants to open a topless dancing club in Windham.

Dean Cohen proposes a high-end gentlemen’s club and pub that would include dance stages and private dance booths.

If approved, the club would be called Goldfinger New Hampshire.

In 1998, after a dance club was proposed, residents at a special town meeting banned nude dancing in Windham. Cohen says the ban will not stand up in court.

The town says the plans apparently will have to go to the Planning Board, which would require public hearings.
