BISMARCK, N.D. — Billy Thomas and Bill Walker drained 18 points each as Maine clawed their way to a 107-97 first franchise win over Dakota in D-League basketball action Saturday evening.

The expansion Red Claws (1-1) trailed by one point after three quarters, 76-75. But, Maine turned up the tempo with a 32-21 fourth quarter showing for the 10-point triumph.

Tony Bobbitt chipped in with 17 points for Maine off the bench. The Red Claws took the same number of field goal attempt, but connected for 40 to out match the Wizards (0-1) 58 percent to 44.9 percent.
