CONCORD, N.H. (AP) – Rockingham County Superior Court Judge Patricia Coffey has been given more time to respond to complaints that she has been sleeping on the job.

Several people have complained that Coffey appeared to have dozed off while presiding over their cases. Coffey has denied the allegations, being investigated by a judicial conduct committee.

The committee granted Coffey an extension to respond to the complaints by Tuesday.
