PLYMOUTH, N.H. (AP) – A developer has big plans for Plymouth.

Resort developer SE Group plans major changes at Tenney Mountain ski area, including a hotel, golf course, recreation center, 60-unit retirement community, water park and extending a single-family condominium development.

The developer’s plans were delivered to Town Hall last week.

Town Planning Director Katja Fox did not have the name of the buyer or the chain hotel, but said the plan would merge the ski area and real estate.
