Copies of the Maine Department of Transportation’s preliminary design for reconstruction of 1.1 miles of Route 4, from Bridge Street in Livermore Falls to Pineau Street in Jay, are available for review at both town offices. The state will hold a public hearing on the proposed $6.5 million project from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, at the Livermore Falls High School on Cedar Street in Livermore Falls.
