BOSTON (AP) – A court hearing was postponed Monday for a woman who fell from the rafters at Fenway Park during a Rolling Stones concert last month.
Twenty-year-old Claire O’Leary, of Westport, Conn., was scheduled to appear in Boston Municipal Court to face a potential criminal charge. But the clerk magistrate’s office said the hearing has been rescheduled for Dec. 15.
O’Leary was hospitalized with two broken ankles and a broken wrist after she climbed the rafters and fell to the seats below during the first of two Rolling Stones concerts at Fenway.
Boston police are seeking to charge her with disturbing a public assembly, but a court clerk will decide whether the charge is warranted.
