George Higgins, 42, was charged with theft May 8. The property owner of 1040 Main St. had reported the theft of $4,000 worth of shingles during five separate incidents between April 12 and May 6. He eventually placed cameras on the property, resulting in the arrest.

OUI arrests

Eric Armstrong, 21, was charged with operating under the influence at 1:21 a.m. May 13 at College Street and Mountain Avenue.

Cynthia Bachelder, 22, was charged with operating under the influence at 12:56 a.m. May 14 at Turner and Hampshire streets.

Jacqueline Lemieux, 25, was charged with operating under the influence and operating while license suspended at 2:08 a.m. May 9 at Sabattus and College streets.

OAS arrests

Clifford Conway, 36, was charged with operating after suspension at 11:28 May 8 at 29 Davis St.

Levi Bolton, 19, was charged with operating while license suspended at 10:30 a.m. May 8 at O’Connell and Pleasant streets.

Wanted

David Surette, 44, is wanted on a warrant charging arson, threatening and terrorizing.

Jennifer Gould, 22, is wanted on a warrant for unpaid fines for disorderly conduct.

Justin McLaughlin, 19, is wanted on a warrant for unpaid fines for operating after suspension.
