LISBON – A driver was injured Sunday morning in a single-vehicle rollover on Route 9.
According to investigating officer Gabrielle Mathieu of the Lisbon Police Department, Raymond Levesque, 66, of Sabattus, was driving north on Route 9 when he hit a slick spot in the road and his truck fishtailed out of control off to the right side of the road.
He over-corrected, causing it to flip, coming to a rest on its wheels in the roadway. Levesque complained of lower back pain and was taken to St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Lewiston by Lisbon Emergency.
Mathieu estimated damage to his 2003 Ford Ranger at $2,000 in the 9:45 a.m. crash.
