ROXBURY — A public hearing on a petition-initiated flood plain management ordinance that selectmen scheduled last week for Thursday, Dec. 3, will instead be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 15, at the Town Office.
Town Clerk Nina Hodgkins said Wednesday afternoon by e-mail that the hearing had to be delayed because selectmen were unable to verify the hearing date with the Planning Board until Wednesday.
The proposed ordinance can be viewed at the Town Office during regular business hours, Hodgkins said.
