LISBON – A driver and his passenger were arrested and the owner of the Jeep they were using summoned to court following a rollover involving two vehicles on Mill Street late Monday night.

The driver, Aaron Aldrich, 27, of 49 Cumberland St., Brunswick, was charged with operating under the influence, operating after suspension and possession of cocaine.

His passenger, Stephen Gurney, 22, of Bath Road, Brunswick, was charged with violating conditions of release.

The owner of the vehicle, Destiny Nichols, 32, of Durham, was taken to Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston with unspecified injuries. She was issued a summons for permitting unlawful use of a motor vehicle.

According to police, Aldrich lost control and rolled over, striking a parked pickup owned by Jason Verrill of Lisbon. Damage was set at $5,000 to the 2000 Jeep Aldrich was driving, and at $1,400 to Verrill’s 1995 Chevrolet pickup in the 11:50 p.m. crash. The crash was investigated by police Sgt. Scott Stewart.
