Criminal mischief

A vehicle parked outside of the Municipal Garage had a driver’s side brake light broken overnight Aug. 26-27.

At a building under construction at 250 Bates St. someone scaled a fence and discharged numerous fire extinguishers throughout the building between Aug. 24 at 5 p.m. and Aug. 27 at 6:30 a.m.

A vehicle parked at 98 Walnut St. was spray painted overnight Aug. 29-30.

The playground in the rear of the Multi-Purpose Center was vandalized overnight Aug. 29-30.

Burglaries

An apartment at 47 Spruce St. was entered overnight Aug. 27-28, several items were stolen.

A vacant business at 64 Lisbon St. was burglarized overnight Aug. 27-28, entry was gained through the roof.

An apartment building at 81 Ash St. was burglarized several times in the past week. Copper pipe was cut and stolen from throughout the building.

An apartment at 84 Hackett St. was burglarized overnight Aug. 29-30. Money was stolen from inside.

An apartment at 116 Sabattus St. was burglarized overnight Aug. 29-30.

Motor vehicle theft

A Blue 1997 Chevy pickup, ME REG 7939LJ, was stolen from 8 Lexington St. on Aug. 29 prior to 10 p.m. The truck was unlocked with the keys left in the ignition.

Motor vehicle burglary

A vehicle parked at the Big Apple on Main Street was burglarized prior to 4 p.m. on Aug. 29.

A pickup truck parked at the municipal garage was burglarized by four juveniles on Aug. 30 at 6:44 p.m.

Habitual offender notification

Julie Bradley, 44, has a suspended license with Habitual Offender Status. She has 17 previous suspensions on her driving record and her last known address is 50 Fairmount St. If you see Julie driving, please call 784-6421 immediately.

Operating under the influence arrests

Rachel Picard, 43, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence on Aug. 28 at 12:55 a.m. at 701 Main St. after a 911 call was received reporting erratic operation.

Juan Martinez, 51, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence on Aug. 29 at 10:16 p.m. at Park and Spruce streets following a routine traffic stop.

Fredrick Gates, 34, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence on Aug. 29 at 1:08 a.m. at Bates and Ash streets following a routine traffic stop.

Operating after suspension arrests

Gregory Lovering, 23, was arrested on a charge of operating after suspension on Aug. 30 at 1:34 a.m. at Campus Avenue and Sabattus Street following a routine traffic stop.

Rodney Lamontagne, 22, was arrested on a charge of operating after suspension on Aug. 30 at 5:03 p.m. at Sabattus and Orange streets following a routine traffic stop.
