DURHAM – The office of Durham Tax Collector Pauline Paradis will be closed Friday morning to allow her to meet her daughter Jennifer, who is scheduled to return from a 14-month tour of duty in Afghanistan.

As there are unexpected delays in arrival, customers should call after 1 p.m. before making a trip to the office, to be sure she is in.
