DURHAM – A 17-year-old Durham girl received minor injuries and her 15-year-old male passenger escaped apparent injury in a single-car rollover on Route 9 on Monday night around 8:30.

Deputy Sheriff Tim Kachnovich said the girl was driving east and descending a hill when she lost control of her 1997 Honda, which was demolished. Both were taken to Central Maine Medical Center. Because juveniles were involved, he declined to release their names, but did say there were no charges.
