Trail closure
CONWAY, N.H. – A portion of the Boulder Loop Trail, located along the Kancamagus Scenic Byway, will be temporarily closed for reconstruction. Beginning on July 17, for approximately three to five weeks Monday through Thursday, crews will work on the right-hand fork from the loop fork to the summit.
Hikers are asked to travel in a clockwise direction to the summit, and descend using the same route during the construction to avoid the right-hand (southeast) fork of the trail. Signs will be posted as a reminder.
