LEWISTON — Androscoggin County Democratic Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 17, at the Lewiston Public Library in the third floor conference room.

The agenda includes a discussion on health care, municipal caucus and one bylaw addition under Article 10, Finances and Accountabilities, to provide more checks and balances. That change would require all expenditures over $100 of Androscoggin County Democratic Committee funds must be ratified by a majority of the executive committee.
