AUBURN – Michael Montoya will be the featured speaker at the Auburn City Democrats’ monthly membership meeting Tuesday, Jan. 11, in the Auburn Police Station Community Conference room.

Montoya, who works in the state office of Economic Development, will deliver remarks about the governor’s tax reduction proposal that is before the Legislature.

A question and answer period will follow. The meeting gets under way at 7 p.m. with a short business meeting preceding the presentation.

Light refreshments will be provided by the membership during and following the meeting. All Auburn residents are invited to attend and participate in the discussion.
