PARIS – Police still haven’t made public the name of a man found dead off to the side of South Arm Road in Andover Saturday.

A dispatcher for the Oxford County Sheriff’s Department said Sunday evening that not all of the dead man’s family had been told of his death.

On Saturday, sheriff’s Capt. James Miclon said the man appeared to match the description of a person reported missing from Rumford. Miclon wouldn’t comment when asked if the man was the Rev. G. Michael Chaisson, a pastor reported missing from Rumford nearly two weeks ago.

Further questions were referred by the sheriff’s office to Rumford police. A dispatcher at the police station in that town said he hadn’t been notified Sunday evening of the man’s identity and believed that next of kin notifications were still being made.
