• Kevin S. Nainiger, 37, of 97 Chickadee Dr., on charges of operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and with a suspended license, at 1:30 a.m. Saturday.

Accidents
Auburn

• Cars driven by Dawn L. Davis, 35, of 19 Towle Ave., Gilman Bellefleur, 62, of 32.5 Oxford St., and Edwin F. Cotton Sr., 59, of Auburn, collided while all three were traveling eastbound on Broad Street. A series of cars, including Davis’, had stopped to let a pedestrian pass. Bellefleur was unable to stop, colliding with Davis. Cotton was unable to stop as well, and collided with Bellefleur. Damage to Davis’ blue 1991 Chevrolet two-door was estimated at $200. Damage to Bellefleur’s red 1989 Chevrolet pickup was estimated at $700. Damage to Cotton’s green 1996 four-door Buick was estimated at $1,500.

• Damien Giguere, 64, of Scarborough was driving northbound on Washington Street at the Poland Spring Road intersection at 1:35 p.m. Saturday when he lost control of his vehicle, veering off the road. Damage to his gold 2001 Pontiac four-door was estimated at $2,500.

Lewiston

• Dustin K. Foisy, 20, of 44 Ashmont St., was turning from Alfred Plourde Parkway onto Pleasant Street at 1:10 a.m. Saturday when he jumped the curb and ran into a utility pole and an interstate highway informational sign. Damage to his black 1998 Oldsmobile four-door was estimated at $4,000.

• Cars driven by Michael Cyr, 35, of 2 Second St., Lisbon, and Zachory Stewart, 22, of Gray, collided while both cars were traveling on Lisbon Street. Damage to Cyr’s gold 1981 Oldsmobile four-door was estimated at $1,000. Damage to Stewart’s white 2000 Toyota truck was estimated at $500.

• Cars driven by Shawn J. Walker, 21, of 423 Allen Hill Road, Oxford, and Stephen Wing, 49, of 8 Woodland Avenue, Lisbon Falls, collided on Lisbon Street in front of Liberty Mutual. Damage to Walker’s green 1997 Honda four-door was estimated at $5,000. Damage to Wing’s green 1998 Ford van was estimated at $3,000.
