AUBURN – Funeral services for Owen Bryant were held Thursday morning from the Memorial Chapel of Dillingham & Son with Rev. Bert Brewster officiating. Rev. Brewster also recited committal prayers at Gracelawn Memorial Park. At the committal the U.S. Marine Corps Honor detail played “Taps” and presented our country’s flag to Mr. Bryant’s wife, Virginia, in recognition of his service to his country during World War II. Committal prayers concluded with Bag Piper Susan Mack playing “Amazing Grace.” Pallbearers were Wayne Chadbourne, Ken Bryant, Reggie, Glenn, James and Larry Allen. Arrangements by the family owned Dillingham & Son Memorial Chapel & Tribute Center, 62 Spring St., Auburn.
