Heidi’s Brooklyn Deli is a deli franchise started in Denver, CO by transplanted New Yorkers, Heidi and Steve Naples, with about 50 stores nation wide. Michelle Tribou is a long-time resident of Auburn and is proud to have made Auburn the site of the first Heidi’s not only in Maine, but all of New England. Heidi’s features great deli sandwiches, tasty wraps, salads, fresh fruit smoothies, plus their already famous cannolis. All of their breads and bagels are baked fresh from scratch daily. Heidi’s offers take-out and can accommodate large orders for your work place or business. The dining room has a warm, comfortable atmosphere and offers free wireless Internet to guests.
