This is just a little reminder that Christmas is not about receiving, but giving, and believing that God gave his only beloved son for all the people, no matter what race or color; but to all.
Christmas is all about giving and helping those who have nothing. I know that when I can give, it makes me very happy. It gives me a happiness that I cannot explain.
Christmas to me is being with my family, and being thankful that we are all together. And being able to thank God for all the food that we are about to receive.
People should not think that Christmas is just for commercialism. People should teach their children to be thankful all 365 days of the year for the roofs over their heads, and for food and heat, because there are a lot of people who have nothing. And teach children to humble themselves and be kind and helpful to others instead of being bullies and laughing at others or making fun of them. And that goes for grownups, too. They should respect themselves and their neighbors. That would make this world a happier place to live.
I ask people to please tell their children that Christmas is not only getting, and to believe in God all year. And for all those who have plenty and can, please give to those who really need help — those who have no food, no home, no heat … those who live on the street.
